Entrants to this year’s prize were asked to submit illustrations for a children’s book about “Scotland’s Cultural Stories”.

This competition was a challenge for me as I was just starting using my iPad and I had under 1 years old twins.

I learned very much participating in this competition and I allowed myself to make mistakes. Nowadays looking at these illustrations I honestly find them very bland and that makes me very happy. This means I have progressed a lot since then.
