Illustrator and portrait artist based in Fife, Scotland.

I was born in Spain in 1992 and then studied art, travelled, learned again and finally, I moved to Scotland in 2018. YES after 5 years I still have my Spaniard accent but that’s fun. People hear my accent whenever I‘m around Dunfermline with my twins and wonder where I come from. It always ends up in interesting conversations about culture, travelling and learning other languages.

In 2020 I bought my first tablet and started creating digital illustrations while studying for an HND in Visual Communication. That year I became particularly interested in and inspired by nature. Because of the pandemic, there wasn’t that much I could do. I needed to keep healthy and strong because I was growing two babies so I walked around the woods every day and learnt about plants and mushrooms. Nature saved me from becoming a bit crazy during that time and now is part of my art.

Since I had twins, I have developed the ability to multitask and my days now have 27 hours. My art has changed a lot since my kids are on this planet and now I have a big goal :) Motherhood has made me realise what I want to do with my professional career… I want my kids to read my books!

I want to become a children’s book illustrator!

This is just the beginning of my journey

I am based in the UK, although I happily accept commissions worldwide.
